Repair or replacement of door fixtures and fittings including hinges; repair or replacement of built-in mirror doors; disposal of damaged door fixtures and fittings.

Removal and disposal of wallpaper; repainting of all interior walls (to include clearing of areas, prepping walls - dust; clean; scrape bumps; seal cracks and holes; spackle and sand; tape sockets; switches and skirting boards; prime walls for base layer); disposal of wallpaper.

HVAC – Library, Piano Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Family Room 3:

Repair, replacement and upgrade of HVAC system; inspection and repair of piping system for water and gas in kitchen; repair or replace central heating system;  disposal of broken/damaged parts/equipment.

Telephone – home system:

Repair, replacement and upgrade of home telephone system; disposal of broken/damaged parts and equipment.

Piano – Piano Room: Restore and refurbish medium grand piano (soundboard, strings, hammers, action, keyboard, felt, pin block, plate frame, case refinishing); polish piano; dispose damaged or replaced parts.
