The Permanent Mission of Malaysia to the UN hosted the 6th Informal Meeting of the ASEAN Committee in New York (ANYC) on 8 August 2024. We exchanged views on key issues and coordinated efforts for upcoming meetings during the High-Level Week of the 79th Session of the UN General Assembly in September. It was a propitious coincidence that the ANYC meeting convened on the auspicious occasion of 57th ASEAN Day, a celebration of the region's unity and cooperation.
