67th National Day Celebration held at The Embassy of Malaysia
The Embassy hosted the 67th National Day Celebration (Sambutan Hari Kebangsaan ke-67) at the Chancery, bringing together Malaysians from across the DMV area. The event included a flag-raising ceremony of the Jalur Gemilang, followed by a spread of local delicacies including nasi lemak bungkus, mee, traditional desserts, and the iconic teh tarik.
In his speech, Ambassador Dato’ Seri Nazri Aziz called on all Malaysians, no matter where they are, to foster a strong sense of unity and national pride. He also urged the community to continue upholding Malaysian values and traditions, celebrating our shared heritage as we look towards the future.
