BAZAAR RAMADAN AND AN IFTAR
On 15 & 16 March 2025, the Embassy of Malaysia in Washington, D.C., in collaboration with Badan Kebajikan Islam Washington, D.C. (BAKIS) successfully organised a Bazaar Ramadan and an Iftar, bringing together an array of Malaysian delicacies and uniting the community in the spirit of the Holy month.
From traditional favourites to festive treats, the event was a wonderful celebration of Malaysian culture, food, and togetherness.
Coinciding with the International Day to Combat Islamophobia, the event also served as a reminder of the importance of inclusivity and standing against discrimination in all forms.
