COURTESY CALL FROM MS. AETI ABDULLAH, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE MALAYSIAN-AMERICAN COMMISSION ON EDUCATIONAL EXCHANGE (MACEE)
On 2 February 2026, Ambassador Tan Sri Shahrul Ikram received a courtesy call from Ms. Aeti Abdullah, Executive Director of the Malaysian-American Commission on Educational Exchange (MACEE).
As Executive Director, Ms. Aeti leads MACEE in administering the Fulbright Program and advancing educational exchanges between Malaysia and the U.S. Discussions focused on efforts to enhance student mobility and further strengthen bilateral educational cooperation, including recent initiatives to expand funding opportunities under the “Global Talent” scholarship framework.
