Culinary Demonstration “Flavors of Kelantan”, held at Rumah Malaysia
Ambassador Dato’ Seri Nazri Aziz officiated the Culinary Demonstration “Flavors of Kelantan”, held at Rumah Malaysia. The event was organised by the Embassy of Malaysia in Washington, D.C. in collaboration with ASEAN Spouses Circle (ASC) and PERWAKILAN Washington, D.C., spearheaded by Datin Seri Haflin Nazri Aziz. It was attended by spouses of Ambassadors and officials from ASEAN Member States.
Datin Seri Haflin Nazri Aziz and members of PERWAKILAN WDC demonstrated the preparation of local delicacies Laksam (flat rice noodles in fish gravy), Daging Goreng Kelantan (Kelantanese Fried Beef) and Akok (Kelantanese pancake).
A special thanks to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security for its continuous support and contribution of unique local Malaysian ingredients and agriculture products during the event.
