Embassy Adoption Program visit one and two with Alice Deal Middle School

The Embassy of Malaysia is thrilled to once again participate in the Embassy Adoption Program @embassyadoptionprogram , partnering with bright sixth-graders of Alice Deal Middle School!
In the first session, we journeyed together to the Smithsonian National Zoo in DC to meet the fascinating orangutan. Students were captivated by these incredible apes and learned all about their rainforest habitat in the island of Borneo and the importance of conservation. Orangutans are an endangered species, and it was inspiring to see the students’ interest in protecting them.
