NO CHANGES TO UNITED STATES VISA POLICIES FOR MALAYSIANS

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to clarify that, as of today, there have been no changes to visa requirements or immigration policies specifically affecting Malaysian citizens travelling to or residing in the United States.

While recent reports have highlighted immigration-related developments in the United States, the Ministry wishes to clarify that these developments were not specifically targeted at Malaysians. Nevertheless, Malaysians who are currently in the United States or planning to travel there are advised to stay updated on the latest entry, visa, and immigration policies issued by the United States authorities.

Malaysian citizens in the United States are also strongly urged to adhere to local laws, immigration regulations, and conditions of their respective visas, which are enforced strictly. Should they have any queries or require consular support, they are encouraged to contact the nearest Malaysian diplomatic Missions at the following addresses:
