08112025 His Excellency Ilham Tuah Illias, Ambassador of Malaysia, graciously hosted a Malaysian Cooking Demonstration under the theme 'Visit Malaysia 2026' (VM 2026), co-hosted by Tourism Malaysia (Almaty), for distinguished members of the Diplomatic Corps and prominent media partners. The event, held on Saturday, 8 November 2025, at the prestigious Gastronomica Culinary Club, offered a vibrant showcase of Malaysia’s rich culinary heritage and diverse flavors. Guests had the opportunity to experience traditional Malaysian cooking techniques, sample iconic dishes, and engage directly with the chefs.
The demonstration served not only as a celebration of Malaysia’s gastronomic culture but also as a platform to highlight the country’s tourism offerings ahead of Visit Malaysia 2026, reinforcing Malaysia’s appeal as a premier travel destination.
