Aziz presented her Letter of Credence as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Malaysia to the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Letter of Recall of her predecessor, H.E. Ambassador Ilham Tuah Illias to His Excellency Mr. Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, during an official ceremony convened at the Presidential Palace on 28 July 2026. The presentation of the Letter of Credence marks the formal commencement of H.E. Amb. Rafedah Abd. Aziz's diplomatic mission in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
