SINGLE ENTRY VISA (SEV)

 

 

VISA WITH REFERENCE

 

  1. STUDENT (UNIVERSITY/COLLEGE/ETC)
    1) Valid passport (valid at least for more than 6 months from travel date);
    and
    2) Valid Visa Approval Letter.

  2. DEPENDENT

    1) Valid passport (valid at least for more than 6 months from travel date);
    2) Valid Visa Approval Letter;
    3) Principal passport and valid pass in Malaysia; and
    4) Translated birth certificate/Certificate family register.

    C. EXPATRIATE
    1) Valid passport (valid at least for more than 6 months from travel date);
    and
    2) Valid Visa Approval Letter.

 

VISA WITHOUT REFERENCE

 

  1. TOURIST
    1) Valid passport (valid at least for more than 6 months from travel date);
    2) Studio passport photo with white background;
    3) Confirmed return ticket;
    4) Accommodation/Hotel booking; and
    5) Explanation letter (if applicable)

  2. OFFICIAL/BUSINESS

    1) Valid passport (valid at least for more than 6 months from travel date);
    2) Studio passport photo with white background;
    3) Invitation letter;
    4) Dispatch letter;
    5) Confirmed return ticket; and
    6) Accommodation/Hotel booking.

  3. MHTC

    1) Valid passport (valid at least for more than 6 months from travel date);
    2) Studio passport photo with white background;
    3) Medical report/MHTC Approval Letter;
    4) Hospital letter; and
    5) Confirmed flight ticket.

  4. STUDENT (KINDERGARDEN/PRIMARY/SECONDARY)

    1) Valid passport (valid at least for more than 6 months from travel date);
    2) Studio passport photo with white background;
    3) Ministry of Education/State Education Department approval letter;
    4) School offer letter;
    5) Translated birth certificate/Certificate family register; and
    6) Confirmed flight ticket.

  1. SPOUSE/DEPENDANT
    1) Valid passport (valid at least for more than 6 months from travel date);
    2) Studio passport photo with white background;
    3) Invitation letter;
    4) Translated marriage certificate;
    5) Translated birth certificate/certificate family register;
    6) Spouse MyKad, passport;
    7) Confirmed flight ticket; and
    8) Accommodation/Hotel booking

MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA (MEV)

 

  1. FLY & CRUISE
  1. Valid passport (at least more than 6 months from the date of arrival in Malaysia);
  2. Studio passport photo with white background;
  3. Cover/ explanation/ application letter;
  4. Travel itinerary
  • Cruise : Cruise itinerary;
  • Fly       : Flight schedule;
  1. Confirmed return travel ticket
  • Cruise : From/ to Malaysia via gazetted entrance;
  • Fly       : Flight ticket
  1. Cruise/ accommodation proof payment/ receipt;
  2. Latest bank statements (3 consecutive months with cumulative ending balance ≥ USD500.00); and
  3. Other relevant documents that can support the application.

 

  1. WEDDING TOURISM
  1. Valid passport (at least more than 6 months from the date of arrival in Malaysia);
  2. Studio passport photo with white background;
  3. Cover/ explanation/ application letter;
  4. Travel itinerary;
  5. Confirmed return travel ticket (1st entry);
  6. Accommodation proof payment/ receipt (1st entry);
  7. Latest bank statement (3 consecutive months with cumulative ending balance ≥ USD500.00); and
  8. Other relevant documents that can support the application.

 

  1. BUSINESS
  1. Valid passport (at least more than 6 months from the date of arrival in Malaysia);
  2. Studio passport photo with white background;
  3. Cover/ explanation/ application letter;
  4. Business travel itinerary (6 months);
  5. Confirmed return travel ticket (1st entry);
  6. Accommodation proof payment/ receipt (1st entry);
  7. Latest bank statement (3 consecutive months with cumulative ending balance ≥ CNY100,000.00);
  8. Invitation letter from government/ private agency/ sponsor/ company;
  9. Certificate of Malaysia registration company for private agency/ sponsor/ company;
  10. Dispatch letter;
  11. Certificate of Local company registration with translation; and
  12. Other relevant documents that can support the application.

 

  1. MEDICAL
  1. Valid passport (at least more than 6 months from the date of arrival in Malaysia);
  2. Studio passport photo with white background;
  3. Cover/ explanation/ application letter;
  4. Confirmed return travel ticket (1st entry);
  5. Accommodation proof payment/ receipt (1st entry);
  6. Latest bank statement (3 consecutive months with cumulative ending balance ≥ CNY100,000.00);
  7. Reference letter from registered medical centre,
  8. Appointment letter/ schedule; and
  9. Other relevant documents that can support the application.
