These facilities are only applicable to those Malaysian who hold long term pass (permanent resident/ employment/dependent) in China. A temporary traveller with a tourist/business visa can't use this facility. Kindly prepare all the below documents in two (02) sets.
| 1. | Photocopy of current passport (biodata page, valid China Visa page, four last pages of the passport) |
| 2. | Photocopy of Malaysian Identification Card for adults or Borang W/ Sijil Lahir and MYKID for applicant below 18 years old (front and back in A4 size paper). |
| 3. | Two (02) passport size photograph with a white color background. Photo must be clear, wear dark clothing (blue black or black), not smiling/ not showing the teeth, hair does not cover the forehead, ears and face. Size specification as the attached photo: |
| 4. | Passport copy of parents for applicants below 18 years old. (Frontpage and valid China/Malaysia Visa page only). |
| 5. | Photocopy of Malaysian IC and China ID of parents for applicant below 18 years old (front and back in A4 size paper). |
| 6. | Photocopy of Parents Malaysian marriage registration certificate for applicant below 18 years old. |
| 7. | Completely fill-up the Passport application form which can get over the counter in Visa Section. |
| 8. | Payment is RMB400 for adult and RMB200 for Children below age 12 years old for each application of passport which valid for five (05) years. |
*(You may ignore the point number 4, 5 and 6 if you are an adult applicant)
The applicant must bring all original and photocopied documents for verification by the officer.No appointment needed and applicant may come during office hour (9.00am to 3.30pm except lunch hour 12.30noon to 2.00pm) every Monday to Friday (except holiday). The process of application is one working day (subject to all documentation are fully submitted).
Successful submission will be mail to Putrajaya for renewal which takes 4 to 6 months' time for new passport collection.
