REGISTRATION OF MALAYSIAN CITIZENS

 

Malaysians residing, working or studying in the Ghana, Niger, Sao Tome Principe or the Togo are highly encouraged to register themselves with the High Commission. Registering yourself with the High Commission is useful as it would enable the High Commission to get in touch with you during cases of emergencies.

 

Registration can be done in person, by phone or e-mail by providing the following information:

 

Full name (as written in passport);
Passport and IC numbers;
Address and contact numbers in Ghana;
Address in contact numbers in Malaysia;
Full name, address and contact numbers of next of kin in Malaysia;
Purpose of stay in Ghana; and,
Expected duration of stay in Ghana.

For a proper registration, Malaysians are encouraged to register their particulars using the prescribed registration form  downloaded from the following link.

The form must then be submitted to mwaccra@kln.gov.my.

Alternatively, the registration form can also be obtained directly from the High Commission.
