BIRTH / MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION OF BIRTH

 

All Malaysians born out of Malaysia must be registered at an Embassy, High Commission or Malaysian Consulate in person. Forms must be original and are available at each facility.

 

Items to bring: 

- Original child birth certificate.
- Father and mother's passport.
- Father and mother's identification card. 

 

 

REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE

 

The Registration of Marriage must be done at the Embassy, High Commission or Malaysian Consulate in person. Forms must be original and are available at each facility.

 

Items to bring:

- Two passport sized photograph for both bride and groom.

 - Passports.

 - Identification card.
